No Refunds

Store Credit Only
We may offer store credit if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item is unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging, including tags and accessories
Store credit, if approved, will be issued as a digital credit code redeemable only at Elite Silver Jewelry.
Items Not Eligible for Store Credit
Store credit will not be issued if:
- The jewelry has been worn, altered, or damaged
- The item shows signs of use, scratches, or wear
- Original packaging is missing
- The request is submitted after 30 days
- The item is marked as Final Sale
